Birla Global to sell stake in BSSL

MUMBAI OCT. 27. Birla Global Finance is to sell 51 per cent holding in its subsidiary Birla Sun Life Securities (BSSL) to J V Gokal Securities Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 4.85 crores.

The sale of 30.60 lakh equity shares of Birla Sun Life Securities, which was approved by the board today for a total consideration of Rs. 4.85 crores, was subject to all requisite nods as may be required in the matter, the company informed the Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
