Involve people

Sir, — The involvement of the people of Pakistan and India in any normalisation process will have better impact than official level discussions and exchange of visits. The present set of proposals is rich in this aspect. However, experience has shown that bilateralism has not always been successful and at times has taken a severe beating. Why not think of involving a facilitator?
