TRS accepts TDP challenge for debate

HYDERABAD Oct. 28. The Telangana Rashtra Samiti on Tuesday accepted TDP's challenge for an open debate on the development of Telangana during TDP's rule in the last eight years and scheduled the `show down' for November 1 at the Press Club here.

The TRS general secretaries, M. Kishan Rao, N. Narasimha Reddy and K.S. Ratnam said at a press conference here on Tuesday, that the selection of TRS participants would depend on the stature of the leaders deputed by the TDP. If the TDP president, N. Chandrababu Naidu, chose to participate, the TRS president, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, would represent the TRS.
