Advani tribute
Before leaving Pondicherry, Mr. Advani told newspersons that he had known Malkani for nearly 60 years from his college days in Hyderabad Sindh. "We were associated in several fields. We both were swayamsevaks in the RSS in the Sindh. Malkani was a committed patriot. For him, the nation was the first. If one went through his book India First one would be convinced of his transparent sincerity. In his death, the country has lost a great patriot. During his brief tenure as Lt. Governor of Pondicherry, he demonstrated the qualities of good administrator and leadership."
