TV Today files prospectus

NEW DELHI OCT. 29. TV Today Network said today it has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its Rs. 100-crore plus Initial Public Offering (IPO), involving 14.5 million shares.

The IPO will include a fresh issue of ten million shares while the balance 4.5 million shares will be sold by the network's existing shareholders, TV Today Network (TVTN) said in a statement here.

TVTN owns news channels Aaj Tak and Headlines Today and is part of the Living Media Group with publications including India Today.
