Additional charge for T.N. Governor

NEW DELHI OCT. 31. The Tamil Nadu Governor, P.S. Ramamohan Rao, will hold additional charge as the Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry.

The President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, appointed Mr. Rao following the demise of K.R. Malkani.
