Nod for merger of M&M subsidiaries

MUMBAI NOV. 1. The shareholders of Mahindra & Mahindra have approved the merger of subsidiaries, Mahindra Eco Mobiles and Mahindra Information Technology with M&M. The shareholders also passed a resolution for utilising the share premium account, says a company release.
