Unfortunate

Sir, — The act of the young Sub-Inspector who planted explosives at the Legislator's Home in Bangalore was unintelligent, to say the least. The idea was militant though his intentions were not. It is unfortunate that educated youngsters take the law into their own hands in frustration and ruin their lives.
