Sir, It is no wonder that Prince Charles was amazed by the magnificent network of "Dabbawallas" of Mumbai. For the people of the city, their services are as essential as milk and water supply. It is not easy to deliver two lakh tiffin boxes to their destinations and return the same to their homes without any mistake or misplacement. Like the Gateway of India, the `dabbawallas' are also a symbol of Mumbai.
