By Our Staff Reporter

TIRUMALA NOV. 7. The Lord Venkateswara shrine in Tirumala will be closed on account of lunar eclipse from 7 p.m. on November 8 to 9 a.m. the next day (November 9).

In this connection, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has either rescheduled or cancelled the `sevas' at the temple on both the days. While all the `sevas' in the temple stands cancelled on Saturday evening, the predawn `sevas' and rituals on Sunday are being rescheduled and will be conducted only after the conclusion of the eclipse. The temple will be open to devotees from 11.30 a.m. on Sunday.
