Kamdhenu Ispat's expansion plans

NEW DELHI: The Kamdhenu Ispat Group has announced that it would double its production capacity by setting up new plants. According to the company Chairman, Satish Aggarwal, the company would soon be signing a memorandum of understanding for technical collaboration with a top Belgium firm besides introducing its initial public offer. The company already has six plants and will soon be opening four new plants in Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa and Andhra Pradesh. The company would expand its capacity from 1.5 million tonnes a year to three million tonnes. — Our Staff Reporter
