In identical letters addressed to the IOC President, Jacques Rogge, WADA President, Richard Pound, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Secretary, Istvan Gyulai, the Secretary-General of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Matthieu Reeb, and the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) CEO, Michael Hooper, Ms. Godara has provided a resume of the dope testing done at the SAI laboratory here, the action taken or the lack of action in several positive cases, the continued unethical practice of pre-departure testing and her case before the Delhi High Court. Ms. Godara has suggested that these international bodies seek a full report from the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) on the matter apart from taking action against the latter.
