Curfew in Ahmedabad

AHMEDABAD NOV. 10. An indefinite curfew has been clamped in the Kalupur and Dariapur police station areas in the old city here after an outbreak of communal violence late last night in which two persons were killed and half-a-dozen sustained stab injuries. No untoward incident, however, was reported during the day from any part of the city. Police claimed that the situation was under control but tense.
