Pondicherry
By Our Staff Reporter
The police said the two were first accompanied by their classmate, Parthiban, but he was asked to leave their company at Cuddalore. Parthiban returned home. One of the students said he had a cash of Rs.195 when they left home after lunch break on Tuesday last. Throwing their books into a bush, the two came down to Pondicherry and worked in a juice stall. When they returned from Pondicherry on foot, covering a distance of 17 km, they were located by the police at Krimambakkam.
The two were handed over to their parents.
