`Fundoofest' at RFC

HYDERABAD Nov. 11. A four-day kids carnival - Fundoofest -- is being organised at the Ramoji Film City from November 13 to 16 as part of the Children's Day celebrations. Group and individual competitions will be held for schoolchildren with several prizes to be won.

Schools also have the opportunity to win a computer by simply registering for the carnival and one lucky draw coupon is being given free for every 10 students they register.

A best participating school prize too is to be given. Apart from the contests, activity stalls, rides, games and food counters are added attractions at the RFC.

Children's carnival

The Hyderabad Council of Human Welfare, A.P. Chapter, is organising `Children's Carnival' for street children at the Majestic Garden in Tolichowki from November 14 to 20.

As part of the carnival, camps on general health, leprosy detection, ENT and dental problems will be organised between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. from November 15 to 19.

Cultural programmes would also be organised every day during the carnival between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Further details can be had over the phone numbers 23536892 or 55505827.
