Switch over

Sir, — A change from the existing parliamentary system of government to the presidential system is the only hope for India. In the absence of a consensus among the innumerable political parties in Parliament to work for the welfare of the people, the presidential system is definitely better, in which the Executive and the Legislature function independently.
