Two directors of Silverline resign

MUMBAI NOV. 12. Two independent directors of Silverline Technologies, Arjan Daswan and Prem Rajani, have resigned, even as the company has appointed Ramchandra N. Swamy as an independent director on its board.

The board also approved convening of the company's 10th annual general meeting on December 10, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday. — PTI
