Kidnappers kill child

IMPHAL NOV. 12. The highly decomposed body of Lungnila Elizabeth, the eight-year-old daughter of the Manipur General Administration Minister, Francis Ngajokpa, was recovered today. She was kidnapped from her school gate on November 4. The district magistrates in the four valley districts have clamped an indefinite curfew. The body was stuffed in a sack and dumped not far from the Little Flower School where she was studying. The police have arrested "some persons" in connection with the incident.
