Four killed as lift collapses
Kochi
Nov. 15.
Four construction workers were killed when the lift gave way and tumbled from the 12th floor of the Navy quarters which were under construction, at Mundamveli, near here, this evening. The police said the workers were coming down in the lift when the cable broke.
The victims were identified as Joy (38) of Kunnel House, Manassery; Sharada (32) of Chirakkal House, Mundamveli; Rajesh (33) of Mundamveli and Jayan (28) of Valiyaveettil, Kandakadavu.
