Inspector held

New Delhi Nov. 15. The CBI today arrested an Uttar Pradesh police inspector for allegedly ``suppressing facts'' in the poetess Madhumita Shukla murder case even as Prakash Chander Pandey, the man alleged to have murdered the poetess, and two others were being brought here to undergo a lie detection test.

The CBI detained Yagya Narain Dixit and questioned him about allegations that he had illegally ``confined'' some people and suppressed many ``facts'' after the murder. — PTI
