Indian squad for Australia tour

Hyderabad Nov. 16. The Indian squad for the tour of Australia was announced here at 1 a.m. on Sunday. The selectors, along with coach John Wright and captain Sourav Ganguly, deliberated for about two and a half hours after the match.

The squad: Sourav Ganguly, Akash Chopra, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, V.V.S. Laxman, Parthiv Patel, Virender Sehwag, Zaheer Khan, Avishkar Salvi, Ajit Agarkar, Harbhajan Singh, Anil Kumble, Sadagopan Ramesh, Irfan Pathan, Ashish Nehra and Deep Dasgupta. — Our Special Correspondent
