Cranes to open subsidiary in Singapore

NEW DELHI NOV. 17. The Bangalore-based Cranes Software International today said that it would set up a fully owned subsidiary in Singapore. The board of directors of the company, which met today, decided to set by a 100 per cent owned subsidiary in Singapore to service the ASEAN region.

The Indian company will have an option to purchase the product range after two and half years. Last year Cranes had completed the acquisition of STSAT from SPSS.
