Case against son: CI assures cooperation

HYDERABAD NOV. 19. J. Satyanarayana, father of Ravi Kiran, against whom the Hyderabad Detective Department booked a cheating case on Wednesday, assured to co-operate with the Police Department into the alleged misdeeds of his son.

Responding to a news report published in these columns, Mr. Satyanarayana (who is working as the Tukaramgate police station Inspector and A.P. Police Officers Association office-bearer), clarified that he was putting in sincere efforts to find his son. `The law will take its own course against him if my son committed any crime,' he said.

Milk racket

The Nallakunta police busted an adulterated milk racket by arresting five persons. Following a complaint, police kept watch on the milk booth of Pundarikam near Shivam temple, Nallakunta, and apprehended him in the early hours of Wednesday. Pundarikam allegedly sold local milk as Jersey brand toned milk
