Andhra Pradesh-Hyderabad
By Our Staff Reporter
Participating in a meet-the-press here on Wednesday, Ms. Cecilie said education was free even up to the university level and a student only had to pay for his living. When a child is born, the father gets paid to stay at home and take care of the newborn, she said. She admitted that high divorce rate was a problem that affected children in her country and describes her film `Show And Tell' as a story of a family, which stays together. "I put my experiences as a teacher and mother of three children in the film," she said. With no formal training in filmmaking, Ms. Cecilie said she learnt it while working. Before `Show And Tell', she made `The Shelter' and `The Chinese'.
