Mindless violence

Sir, — The killing of about 30 people, branded `outsiders' in their own country, by some anti-national elements in Assam must be strongly condemned. It is a flagrant violation of the citizens' constitutional right to work anywhere in the country. Those responsible for spreading the poison of hatred in society must be immediately tamed.
