Letters to the Editor
Sir, The editorial, "Corruption on camera" ( Nov. 18 ) exposes corruption in high places brought out by hi-tech methods. Corruption has been continuing since Independence, starting with the Jeep Scandal. One way to check corruption is to reduce the strength of Ministries. If the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Kamaraj, could give an efficient administration with eight Ministers, why do present day Ministries need 98 Ministers as in Uttar Pradesh?
