The Bench comprising the vice-chairman and administrative member, M.P. Singh, and the judicial member, G. Shantappa, set aside the transfer of B.S. Anant and L. Suryavanshi of Jashpur and Bastar respectively terming it as ``sent back to their previous postings.'' The Tribunal had on November 21, reserved its orders on the petition filed by the Collectors challenging the Commission's order. Counsel for the Collectors had submitted that the order was ``arbitrary and illeg al.''CAT had later stayed the Commission's order. However, on November 14, a Division Bench of the Chhattisgarh High Court vacated the stay. PTI
