Schalken, the No. 1 Dutchman, finished 2003 in the top 20 for the second year in a row with a personal best of 41 match wins. This year he captured two ATP titles Costa do Sauipe (Prague) and `S-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands). Robredo, who joins Moya and Mantilla to form a formidable attack from Spain, finished a year-end best of 21 and won a career high of 38 matches despite not winning an ATP title in 2003. At the French Open, he defeated former World No. 1 Lleyton Hewitt in five sets.
