Virender slams century

NEW DELHI NOV. 25. Virender Sharma's 134, studded with 15 boundaries, helped Himachal Pradesh gain a 58-run first innings lead over Services on the third day of their Ranji Trophy Plate group match at the Palam ground here on Tuesday.

At stumps, Services was 80 for two in its second innings.

Brief scores: Services 233 and 80 for two (Krishna Chavda 38 batting) vs. Himachal Pradesh 291 (Virender Sharma 134, Fazil Mohammad five for 73).
