"China is satisfied with the good momentum of the development in China-India relations and stands ready to expand its cooperative relations with India in various fields," the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, Liu Jianchao, said here at a briefing. While positively evaluating the major policy speech of the External Affairs Minister, Yashwant Sinha, on November 21, Mr. Liu said Beijing attached importance to the "positive" speech made by Mr. Sinha "China attaches importance to the positive speech by the Foreign Minister of India on its China policy. We welcome and appreciation to this," Mr. Liu said. PTI
