Sir, Asked to comment on the bribery charge against the former Union Minister of State for Environment and Forests, Dilip Singh Judev, the BJP president, M. Venkaiah Naidu, declined saying it was "not proper to comment without having full knowledge of the incident" (Nov. 17). However, lack of knowledge did not prevent him from alleging that the exposé was the Congress' "creation"!
