`Cultural diary' being prepared

BANGALORE Nov. 26. To mark the golden jubilee of the unification of the State in 2006, the Department of Kannada and Culture is planning to bring out a "cultural diary". For preparing the diary, data on writers, artistes, and cultural organisations will be collected in 60 days from December 1 in a prescribed format. The format is available in taluk offices in Bangalore Rural district. For details, the Assistant Director, Department of Kannada and Culture, Bangalore Rural district, Kannada Bhavana, J.C.
