The other side?

Sir, — The anger of the locals be it in Maharashtra or Assam against the Biharis and the Hindi-speaking people is a direct fallout of the misrule and corruption that exist in those States. The people of those States, therefore, look elsewhere for greener pastures. But what is being objected to is the mass displacement of the locals.
