Lt. Gen. Sihota to visit State

BANGALORE Nov. 29. Lt. Gen. G.S. Sihota , General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Headquarters Southern Command of the Indian Army, will pay a five-day visit to Karnataka from Sunday. He will inaugurate the Golden Palm Institute, which has a family health centre, a multipurpose hall, indoor games, a reading room, and a jogging track, in Bangalore on Sunday. In Madikeri, he will inaugurate an ex-servicemen's contributory health scheme and address ex-servicemen at a special rally on December 2. His wife, Shivjot Sihota, President of the Army Wives Welfare Association, will accompany him.
