Letters to the Editor
Sir, I am surprised at the shock expressed by the public over the fake stamp paper racket. Top police officials have been indicted and it will not be surprising if politicians are dragged into the case. Yesterday it was Harshad Mehta, today it is Telgi and tomorrow it will be someone else. There will always be people who spin a cycle of deceit and others to counter the same. Kishore Butani, Mumbai
