According to a company release, domestic sales alone rose by 42 per cent since decline in exports has brought down the total growth level. Cumulative sales over the period from April to November rose by 27.7 per cent to 2.59 lakh units. Exports during November declined by 31.6 per cent to 3,608 units as compared 5,281 units last year. The sharpest increase in sales has been in the A2 category including the Alto, Wagon R and Zen which showed a sharp rise of 64.9 per cent during the month.
