Letters to the Editor
Sir, This refers to the editorial, `Waiting game in Kerala' (Dec. 1). The A.K. Antony-led UDF Government in Kerala has no problem. However, leaders of the ruling coalition are fighting to pull their own Government down in order to come to power. This is undemocratic. The Congress leaders should at least respect the people's mandate. E. Sivasankaran, Coimbatore, T.N. * * * Sir, The editorial was a candid analysis of the ongoing political drama. It is true that the principled stand taken by the Left parties on the issue of inclusion of the Muslim League in the alternative Government came to the rescue of the Antony dispensation. The fact that the Left had an opportunity to dislodge the Government but did not do so is heartening. A.M. Rejeesh Kumar, Kannur, Kerala
