Letters to the Editor
Sir, I refer to the editorial, `Evolving bipartisan approach' (Dec. 2). Since the Sri Lankans inside and outside the country are crying for peace and the crisis has already cost so many lives, the Government should immediately take steps to put the peace process back on the fast track rather than internationalise the constitutional crisis. A. Thirumalai Prakash, Madurai, T.N. * * * Sir, V. Suryanarayan has rightly pointed out the LTTE's real intention in `Prabhakaran: back to the old game' (Dec. 1). The Tigers have put forth a prototype of their Government in the separate Tamil land, in the name of an Interim Administrative Council. The Sri Lankan Government should not accept it. The world community should not recognise the LTTE as the sole representative of the Tamils. S. Sundaram, Devakottai, T.N.
