TANSI case verdict

Sir, — The Supreme Court judgment in the TANSI case is a remarkable one in respect of value-based politics. If our leaders are sensitive, from now on they will tread the right path.

Sir, — Any law is basically an articulate expression of a moral or ethical principle. It is gratifying that the Supreme Court has been doing its best to drive home this point in a manner that should be appreciated by all.
