The seminar, which is aimed at providing the new trends in modern Hindi literature to the students, would be inaugurated by the Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, R. K. Jain, at the college auditorium on December 4. Various topics such as "Modern Hindi poetry- new values and new consciousness", "Linguistics and translation" and "Relevance of functional Hindi" would be dealt with in the seminar. The City Police Commissioner, Rajan Singh, would deliver the valedictory address on December 8.
