Governor invites Raman Singh

Raipur Dec. 5. The Chhattisgarh Governor, K.M. Seth, tonight invited Raman Singh to form the next Government in the State after the latter was elected leader of the BJP's Legislature Party.

In the House of 90, the BJP leads the tally with 50 followed by the Congress 37, the Bahujan Samaj Party two and Nationalist Congress Party one.

Earlier, in the evening, Dr. Singh called on Mr. Seth and informed him of being elected as the BJP Legislature Party leader. — UNI
