PM returns

New Delhi Dec. 7 . The Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, returned tonight from Abuja, Nigeria, without being there for the entire duration of the Commonwealth summit. He came back to fulfil his parliamentary obligations as the winter session is in progress.
