Bail plea rejected
PTI reports from Pune: The bail application of Rashid Kulkarni, counsel for Telgi, was rejected by the Special Court here today. The Special Judge, S.M. Shembole, rejected the bail on the ground that there was prima facie evidence against him. A tiger skin, claws, teeth, a deer skin and "incriminating documents" were seized by the SIT from the premises of the suspended Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mohammad Chand Mulani, SIT sources said today.
