LVB launches new credit products

KARUR: Lakshmi Vilas Bank (LVB) has launched three new credit retail products namely Lakshmi Multipurpose loan, Lakshmi Home, Comfort loan and Lakshmi Start up professional loan to suit the needs of the customer from all walks of life. These products are designed for hassle free sanction, documentation and at very competitive rates of interest, which will be offered through selected branches in strategic locations at metropolitan, urban and semi-urban centres, according to a bank release. According to A. Krishnamoorthy, Chairman of the bank, in view of growing importance of the service sector in the economy, the hitherto luxury items were fast becoming as basic necessities in the current phase of consumerism and to take advantage of this on-going trend, the bank had designed these products.
