Dry weather in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI DEC. 10. Dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Lakshadweep and Karnataka.

The minimum temperature fell at one or two places over north coastal Tamil Nadu and south interior Karnataka, rose at one or two places over north interior Karnataka and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were appreciably below normal at a few places over Tamil Nadu and coastal Karnataka and at one or two places over Rayalaseema and south Kerala, below normal at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and interior Karnataka and generally normal over the rest of the region.

Adilabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 11 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FORECAST (Valid until Friday morning): Mainly dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Lakshadweep and Karnataka.

Forecast For Chennai City and Neighbourhood Valid Until The Morning of 5th December 2003: Partly cloudy. Minimum temperature will be around 20 degree Celsius.

Farmers Weather Bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry: Forecast valid until the morning of 12th December 2003: Mainly sunny weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
