``The Government has already initiated steps to install the idol of Goddess Saraswati in Bhojshala and it would be done soon,'' the Minister of State for Home, Jagdish Muvel, told reporters on his maiden visit to Dhar after assuming charge. During the poll campaign, the Chief Minister, Uma Bharti, had promised to bring back the idol from a museum in London, if the BJP formed the Government in the State. On nullifying the community fine imposed by the Digvijay Singh Government on those involved in the communal violence during the Bhojshala agitation earlier this year, Mr. Muvel said the Government would soon do it but did not specify any time-frame for the same. Referring to the cases filed by the police on the Hindu Jagran Manch and BJP workers during the agitation, Mr. Muvel said they would be withdrawn after an inquiry. PTI
