L&T seeks HC directions

MUMBAI DEC. 11. Larsen & Toubro has filed an application with the Bombay High Court for directions to convene a meeting of the shareholders for approval of a scheme of arrangement for demerger of cement business, the company informed the Stock Exchange, Mumbai, here today.
