Sir, It is two years today since Parliament was attacked by terrorists. India held Pakistan responsible for the attack. Our leaders even issued warnings of a possible war with Pakistan. Train and airlinks were suspended and diplomatic ties touched a low ebb. But what is intriguing now is the hand of friendship extended by India. Has Islamabad's alleged involvement been condoned with the passage of time?
