Pre-medical question paper leak: CBI files case

New Delhi Dec. 14. The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against 16 people including 12 students, for allegedly getting admitted after procuring the question paper in advance for CBSE pre-medical exam this year.

The examinations were held earlier this year and the CBI got suspicious after more than 25 per cent of students got admitted from Bihar alone.

It was found that some irregularity had taken place following which a case was registered for a formal probe. The case had been registered against 16 people comprising four touts and 12 medical students of various colleges. — PTI
