Total Outsource takes stake in Syntax

CHENNAI: Syntax Soft-Tech, the Bangalore based IT consulting company, has announced that Total Outsource Inc. (TOI), has picked up 40 per cent stake in Syntax. TOI, is a technology company based in Chicago. It is the IT arm of the U.S. based UCA group, a $200 million international supply-chain company, according to a release.
